How we make them

We start with a six-inch base and build from there: layers baked, filled, and finished by hand, then decorated to suit the occasion.

Tell us the story and we'll bake it into something that fits — flavours, tiers, and little details, quoted per project.

Each cake is made to order in our home kitchen, one at a time, with the care a centrepiece asks for.
